Firstly, we will visit the site and discuss your proposals, and if required we will consult the local planning authority.
We will carry out a survey and prepare the necessary plans in order to obtain the statutory approvals. (Planning, building regulations and listed building approvals).
We will also deal with the structural engineers should their services be required.
